1. Co-payments are due and payable in full at the time of your child's office visit.
2. We accept Cash or Checks and MasterCard or Visa credit or debit cards.
3. Balances due for office visits not covered in full by your insurance company need to be paid within 7 days or you may be subject to a Billing Charge.
